In addition to the officers and teachers listed above, there are a couple of other CREW MEMBER positions of import, including the
- CONDUCTOR: Arrives early, rolls the podium into position, unlocks it and places our sign at the ballroom entrance, keeps the cash box, tallies the sign-in sheet and, following the meeting, determines and delivers a dollar for each paid dancer to the host establishment.
- GANDY DANCER: Runs the program using our FOLKDANCE JUKEBOX and who plays a short "teaser" before each dance to alert dancers with recognizable phrases of the next selection and very loudly announces the name, country, region, and other comments describing the dance that follows.
